DPR: 20th February 2013 (Wednesday)

In morning, checked HSSPP Facebook page for new news and visited some website which had given in Job Profile.
Issued books to class 7th and 6th students.
Continued work of RTI profile.

DPR: 19th February 2013 (Tuesday)

In morning, verify all book of DSE Grant in stock register.
Prepared peforma regarding to RTI Details (as per Job Profile) in access.
Got pictures of 26th Jan republic day program from photographer scanned and uploaded to Facebook account.

DPR: 18th February 2013 (Monday)

In morning, checked the page of HSSPP Facebook for new news, checked websites which had given in job profile and made some notes like structure of RMSA and other govt. organization.

After then, visited library continued work regarding bill of books from session 2011-2012.

DPR: 16th February 2013 (Saturday)

It was heavy rain in the morning. Discussed some query of the student account with Principal Madam.
Continued work regarding to Bills of books from session 2011-2012.

Continued work of student profile.

DPR : 14th February 2013 (Thursday)

In morning, discussed about the yesterday meeting with Principal Madam. Took round of the school and spent some time in computer lab. Then went to library and check books and made list of books with their bill of session 2012-2013.

Started the work on the student profile and discussed with Principal Madam. It was very time-consuming work so; I was busy in that work whole day.

 

DPR : 13th February 2013 (Wednesday)

Today I had a meeting with BEO Sir with others IOLM's at Sec 7 Faridabad Ballabgarh. There were total four IOLM. BEO sir was on the visit so; we meet with BEEO Ballabgarh Ms. Anita Sharma and introduced us to her.

After that we meet with BEO Sir D.C Choudhary. We discussed all the points of the job. He promised us that he would help us in any situation and gave his mobile number. He also told us to create the Facebook page of BEO office so that all IOLM of Ballabgarh Block could come together. We took email ID and the phone number of BEEO and BEO office for future interaction.

Daily Progress Report: 12th February 2013

Haryana State Pollution Control Board visited our school. Mr. Harish Chand gave a seminar regarding to effect of pollution (sound pollution,air pollution, water pollution) on human beings and environment. I took some photos from mobile camera.
Collected information from staff teacher for their profiles and prepare a list in excel file.

Daily Progress Report: 11th February 2013

In morning attended morning assembly, then took a round of school.
After that, checked the HSSPP Facebook page for new update and prepared the Performa for teacher profile.

Collected more information and suggestion about library from students, Principal Madam. Arrange new books of session 2012-2013.
