Daily Progress Report: 8th February 2013

In morning I came to know about meeting with DEO, BEO at BEO office Sec 7 Faridabad. My school Principal and other staff member also attended the meeting with me.
Main objective of meeting was:

• To give knowledge about IFSC codes of different Banks.
• How to interact with banking staff for opening the students account.
• To clear all problem and doubts regarding the opening of students account.

I meet with other IOLM's of different school at there. It was nice experience for that day...

Daily Progress Report: 7th February 2013

In morning, attended morning assembly discussed some topic with principal madam. Make some notes on computer regarding the preparation of student profile and others work.

Made set-up for the new computer tables in computer lab. I got some picture of 26th Jan. function from one of the school staff. Uploaded all picture on the blog.

Daily Progress Report: 6th February 2013

After morning assembly, I went to the computer lab and discussed about syllabus of computer eduction taught to students. After that collected data from class 6th to 12th and prepare the list in Excel. A screenshot of list is shown below:

It was a rainy day today, so there was very small strength of students in the classes.
Checked Facebook page of HSSPP and uploaded all reports to blog and mailed to respective mailed address.
 
Separated all bills of purchased books from different department like SSA DSC RMSA.
Verified all books in stock register from session 2011-2012.

After morning assembly, I took a round of the school and interacted with staff member.
I had began training of chess to students of 11th class.

Checked some books from library stock register. Collected all bills of books from session 2012-2013.
Discussed some doubts regarding to the library with Ms. Kusum and Principal Madam Smt. Saroj Arora.

Daily Progress Report: 2nd February 2013

In morning reached the school on 8:40 am and attended the school assembly. Discussed about job profile with Principal Madam. She cleared the many topic of job profile.

ABRC Mr. Krishan Kumar visited the school, Principal Madam introduced me to him. He was a very nice person and cleared many question. He gave me his phone number. He had two block Jharsaently and Sikri under supervision.

Completed some library work. Checked the HSSPP Facebook page and updated DPR to blog and school Facebook page.

Daily Progress Report: 1st February 2013

Today I got the job profile of IOLM. Tried to understand all aspect of job profile.

There were many new thing like Dak, RTI etc in job profile so discussed all things from school clerk and other staff. All staff was very co-operative.

School doesn't have any PTI teacher. So, I had made a group of 6 students(4 girls and 2 boys) of 11th class and start to train them chess in spare time. It was a very nice experience.
